Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to making customers satisfied and helping you solve problems.

You can contact this email: service@mail.itunning.com, and submit the order number with clear pictures or videos as proof if you want to start returning goods. And we will notify you and provide you with the return address if your return is allowed.

Products sent back to us without requesting return will not be accepted. (if the return is caused by the customer, we will not agree on the return request)

1. 30 days unconditional money back guarantee for unopened and unused items

For whatever reason, if you do not want the product within 30 days after receiving it, you can also contact us to request a return and refund. In order to get a refund of the product, the unused and unopened original packaging must be returned. The return freight shall be borne by the customer and cannot be returned. (send unopened package photos to our email and we will process them within 1-2 working days)

2. Return defective or damaged items:

If the items you receive are defective or damaged, please contact our company email at the first time and provide us with photos or videos of the defective or damaged items within 7 days. In this case, we can refund the full amount after our inspection. (send photos of defective or damaged items to my email and we will process them within 1-2 working days.)

3. Return incorrect or incompatible items:

If the goods you received are completely different from the goods you ordered, or your equipment is incompatible with the goods (the original description of the goods on our website is wrong), please contact our customer service immediately and provide us with the following proof within 7 days:
Photos or videos of incorrect items;
Photos or videos that display errors or are incompatible with this product.

Warranty

Warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing only. Warranties do not cover, among other things:  installation errors, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf. Also note the exceptions below for third-party products.

ITN AUTO ONE YEAR manufacturer warranty periods start on the date of purchase. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration.

Warranties submitted without After-sale form or Proof will not be processed

• Moisture and condensation under normal usage (no modification), will be covered under warranty.
• Light source modification (HID/LED conversion) without proper weather protection that results in moisture/condensation will not be covered under warranty.
• Water damage – products getting submerged in water caused by severe off-road usage will not be covered under warranty.

Applying grease on connector sockets that result in connection problems will not be covered under warranty.
