Standard Shipping from US
Our items will be ship from U.S. warehouses in priority, and local carriers will free shipping, which usually takes 3-7 days for delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Return and exchange fees
If the goods need to be sent in the process of maintenance and the way of freight bearing is not agreed, the resulting freight shall be borne by the merchant.
If the items are lost after they are delivered for signature, this is beyond our control, so we will not compensate for the loss. But don’t worry, we will do our best to help you retrieve your items.
If the buyer and the seller reach an agreement to exchange the goods, but there is no agreement on the return freight of the goods at the time of exchange, if it is caused by the responsibility of the merchant or the problems of the goods, the company supports the merchant to bear the resulting round-trip freight. If it is not caused by the business responsibility or commodity problems, the buyer shall bear the freight for the returned goods and the business shall bear the freight for the goods exchanged.
